Forum Estates is going in the dumper and we aren't doing anything but planting flowers and trees. Everywhere you look there is spray painted tagging, but little gets done to clean it up. We had a person sliced open in an Asian Gang incident on Braes Meadow, but still we do nothing about it. Property values suck, so we plant more flowers. Farrell elementary has a reputation of being one of the worst in the district, yet we do nothing about it. I say either this PID gets busy doing something other than planting flowers and trees or we get rid of the whole thing and save our money.

Why is the PID planting trees in 100+ degree heat? It's great that we are getting trees, but trees should be planted in cooler weather. The leaves are already turning brown on the trees that were planted a few days ago. Are the trees guaranteed or will the PID have to pay to replace them if they die? Do we pay extra to the landscaping company to care for them in this heat?

My question is why do we continue to pay a homeowners fee at the price at Cimmaron Estates, when this could be reduce. This price should be reduce due to the fact we are taxed for the PID. The PID pay for the same things that our homeowners pay for. And why don't we receive info concerning our homeowners money. Because that money could have been used better then that little so call park that was built.

I have notice twice that we have a off duty grand prairie police officer that " patrols the area " But the last two times I have seen him, He was located on the 4 way stop area in front of lost mesa and I cant help wonder what's the point in being in the back? He was there about 2 hrs on wend dec 21, 05 in the same location. I don’t have a problem with him working but he needs to move around so that people see he is there.

It is a disgrace to see homeowners that do not take pride in how their house looks on the outside. It is just pitiful that some homeowners let their wood fences rot, fall down, and remain in complete disrepair. What can be done about this?

How about keeping us up-to-date on any information and/or progress on brick wall repairs needed north of Forum Dr bordering Brookfield estates?
